INFINITY”—The New Album, With Infinite Possibilities

Charice has taken the local and international charts and the world by storm with the release of her first and certified smash-hit single “Pyramid” featuring Iyaz, off her first self-titled international debut and certified platinum album under Warner Bros. Records in 2010. In the same year, “Pyramid” reached the No. 1 spot on Billboard Dance/Club Charts and Charice also became the only Asian artist to have an album debut at #8 on the US Billboard Top 200.

After all the success she’s been receiving in the past few years, as if touring the world with the 15-time Grammy winner, singer-songwriter & producer David Foster, appearing on Glee (the smash-hit US TV musical-drama-comedy series) and acting in her second Hollywood movie’Here Comes The Boom’ with Salma HayekKevin James next year aren’t enough!  This year,Charice is back with a HOT NEW 2nd album—INFINITY still under Warner Bros. Records distributed locally by Warner Music Philippines. Japan and SEA are first territories to release in the world.  With Japan releasing last October 5th and followed by an October 24th Philippine release. Japan has shipped over 54,000 units of “Infinity” album and is currently their #1 English selling album in Japan. Also, collectively over 200,000 copies of her first album across Asia were sold since release.

The tiny stature and the big-voiced Charice, also takes a sassier tack on “Louder,” the second single from Infinity. She explores her dance-diva side in the music video which is currently peaking in the MYX daily countdown chart. Directed by Tim Cruz and choreographed by Gil Duldulao the man behind the moves in Jennifer Lopez’s “Waiting for Tonight,” Janet Jackson’s“Together Again,” and Christina Aguilera’s “Drrrty” and “Genie in a Bottle,” among others.

Moreover Infinity expresses Charice’s carving her place in the international pop music industry, as it features collaborations with big-time and distinguished producers and writers like Bruno Mars for the song “Before It Explodes,” Jason DeruloKara Dioguardi for “Lesson For Life,” JoJo for “Heartbreak Survivor,” Natasha Bedingfield for “Lighthouse”Nick Jonas from the Jonas Brothers for “One Day.” These musicians definitely helped in building Charice’s sophomore album.

Charice is definitely enjoying her stardom at its peak, she’s now one of the most popular young artists in the world, furthermore arole model, a new hero and a bigger inspiration to Filipinos. As Charice would always say, “We are what we imagine ourselves to be… ” Just like her new album Infinity, infinite possibilities are still to come her way.

INFINITY, Charice’s 2nd international album is out now at all record bars nationwide from Warner Music Philippines! To Get “LOUDER” on your phone! Just text LDR to 5677 now!

T-Pain to release highly anticipated new album rEVOLVEr on December 2011 0

FEATURES SMASH HIT “BEST LOVE SONG” FEATURING CHRIS BROWN AND NEW SINGLE “5 O’CLOCK” FEATURING WIZ KHALIFA AND LILY ALLEN

“5 O’CLOCK” BECOMES BILLBOARD’S HOT 100’S GREATEST GAINER/DIGITAL AFTER SECOND WEEK ON THE CHARTS

T-Pain is at it again.  After landing another platinum selling radio hit single with “Best Love Song,” featuring Chris Brown, followed by quickly rising single “5 O’Clock,” featuring Wiz Khalifa and Lily Allen, singer/rapper/producer T-Pain announced earlier this week that he will release his fourth studio album rEVOLVEr on December 2011.  The follow-up to his 2008 platinum-plus selling album Thr33 Ringz, rEVOLVEr (visually spelled as rEVOLVEr for a reason), demonstrates the evolution of T-Pain as an artist.

“rEVOLVEr is drawn from seven albums’ worth of material,” said T-Pain.  “There are so many different things on this album.  I couldn’t settle on what I wanted to include, but the final result I think will really hit all of my fans and different audiences,” says the singer.  “I’ve developed a new audience from the Taylor Swift stuff, the Bud Light and Toshiba commercials, the T-Pain Mic and App.  There is music for everyone on this album, but definitely still classic T-Pain at the same time.”

It’s evident T-Pain has another hit on his hands with the album’s second single, “5 O’Clock,” which is currently Billboard’s Hot 100 Greatest Gainer, jumping from #62 to #25 in its third week on the charts.  The single also catapulted up the Hot Digital Songs chart from #47 to #16. While the single continues to climb the charts, it’s also receiving critical acclaim.  Pop Crush bestowed a 3 ½ star out of 4 rating and declared “‘5 O’Clock’ is a strong track with a refreshingly different sound than most of what is currently being played on the radio,” while Perez Hilton gushed “We are obsessed with this song!!!!!!!!!!!! So. Damn. Good.”

Tallahassee, Florida native, T-Pain burst on the scene in 2005 with his debut Rappa Ternt Sanga and the unforgettable singles “I’m Sprung” and “I’m N Luv (Wit A Stripper),” a song that maintains the title of the highest selling ring tone. T-Pain continued his success with his sophomore effort Epiphany in 2007, which spawned the #1 airplay record of the year, “Buy U a Drank” (featuring Yung Joc) and the ubiquitous #1 hit “Bartender.” In 2008, T-Pain took home his first Grammy for Best Rap Song (for “Good Life”) with Kanye West, which also garnered a BET Award, where he was the most nominated artist of the night.  Since the release of his debut album, T-Pain has produced and featured on over 45 top ten songs and 16 #1′s.  He has won many awards including two Grammys and continues to expand his brand with fresh and exciting ideas like the innovative I Am T-Pain mobile app, which has now spawned the I Am T-Pain Mic and T-Pain Effect.

rEVOLVEr out December 2011 under Ivory Music & Video, the exclusive licensee of Sony Music in the Philippines

After 14 years, 26 top ten hits including 14 number one singles, 11 top 5 albums, 7 of which hit the top spot and have collectively sold over 44 million copies around the world, 10 sell out tours and countless memories that we will forever cherish, we today announce our plan to go our separate ways after a greatest hits collection this Christmas and a farewell tour next year. The decision is entirely amicable and after spending all of our adult life together so far, we want to have a well-earned break and look at new ventures. We see the greatest hits collection and the farewell tour as the perfect way to celebrate our incredible career along with our fans. We are really looking forward to getting out on the tour and seeing our fans one last time.
