COBRA

Little is known about the mysterious organization called COBRA other than its goal of global domination by any means necessary.

Intelligence reports point towards the involvement of James McCullen (aka ‘Destro’) who is the founder and CEO of Military Armaments Research Syndicate (MARS). McCullen is the world’s leading trader in weapons technology and is rumoured to have created a personal army from hundreds of freelance soldiers known as ‘Vipers’.

It is suspected that McCullen is also being assisted by several other ruthless individuals including a Ninja assassin, a master of disguise and a twisted genius known as the Doctor. Reports also mention a woman called the ‘Baroness’ but these remain unconfirmed.

If these rumours are true, then COBRA has the potential to become a dangerous global threat to the forces of law and order.
