Hero fun to surround the premiere of Ben 10: Ultimate Alien

The most awesome day of the century, 10.10.10, is almost here and Cartoon Network is throwing the biggest, coolest Ben 10 day ever with the exclusive regional premiere of Ben 10: Ultimate Alien on Sunday, October 10, 2010 at 10:00 am. To make the series’ debut truly unforgettable, Cartoon Network is going all out with Ben 10 TV marathons, new online games and contests, premiere party kits, an incredible new product range from toy maker Bandai – complete with limited edition aliens, a dedicated Facebook page and website, as well as an exclusive ‘Win the Ultimate Ultimatrix’ contest.

Picking up immediately after Ben 10: Alien Force, the new series follows the now 16-year-old Ben Tennyson as his life changes in major ways! The latest Ben 10 installment follows Ben, as he deals with superstardom after his secret identity is revealed, while fighting all-new villains. With the Omnitrix destroyed, Ben must now learn to master the secrets of the mysterious Ultimatrix, a new watch-like device that not only allows him to transform into a variety of alien super heroes, but also gives him the ability to activate evolved or “ultimate” versions of some of his most powerful alien entities. And Ben’s going to need all the power he can get to take on the brand new villain and his most formidable adversary yet, Aggregor!

Leading into the premiere of Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, Cartoon Network will be airing a special Ben 10 Marathon twenty-four hours of non-stop Ben 10 action starting at midnight on October 10, 2010.  The epic marathon, which will feature Ben 10, Ben 10: Alien Force and Ben 10 Specials, follows Ben Tennyson’s evolution from a 10-year-old boy to a galaxy saving superhero – with a little help from his alien incarnations!

And the intense excitement continues from TV screens to shopping malls! Cartoon Network will bring ultimate Ben 10 action to the SM Mall of Asia from October 1 to 9, 2010, as Plumber Security, the Intergalactic Law Enforcement agency from the Ben 10 series, installs a mysterious high-tech containment unit in the mall. Kids can visit the site to check out the unit and snap a photo with it.

Then on Saturday, October 9, 2010 at 2:00 pm, The Plumbers will reveal what’s inside the unit during a special event that will also include the unveiling of the brand new line of Ben 10: Ultimate Alien toys. During the event, Cartoon Network will also award the lucky winner of the Cartoon Network-Bandai and Toy Kingdom retail promotion with a limited edition metallic green Ultimatrix.

Kids can have an ultimate premiere experience like no other with the Ben 10: Ultimate Alien Premiere Party Kits! By logging on to www.CartoonNetwork.com.ph, kids can download printable invitations; a power up TV topper; an exclusive Ben 10: Ultimate Alien poster; character masks – Ben, Nanomech, Ultimate Big Chill, and Ultimate Humungousaur; party games; and a wearable, cut out Ultimatrix. For extra cool party gear, kids can log in to the Cartoon Network Club and exchange their CN Beans for more goodies, including additional Ben 10 games and exclusive alien masks.

And the fun doesn’t stop there! The dedicated Ben 10 mini-site features the latest show info, series sneak peeks and games, including Ben 10 Ultimate Crisis 3D (available in October) and a Ben 10 alien creator game. Also, check out the Ben 10: Ultimate Alien – Asia Facebook page for exciting daily updates in the lead up to the new series premiere!

Kids can extend their Ben 10 experience beyond online and TV to real-life hero play with a range of Ben 10: Ultimate Alien toys. From never before seen alien figurines to the coolest Ultimatrix watch ever, these must have toys will help kids power up and fight alongside Ben, as he saves the galaxy from the forces of evil.

More Ben 10 excitement is in store with The Ultimate Alien Hunt contest and the Ben 10 Ultimate Boot Camp planned for the coming months. So tune in to Cartoon Network!
